Based in Kuala Lumpur, I’ve spent the past 5 years developing mission-critical products for banks and corporates - from Swift's KYC Registry and data APIs to order orchestration systems that power financial workflows at scale.

I'm an EU national with international work and academic experience, including over 10 years in Malaysia, 3 years in Belgium, and 6 years - including university education - in the United Kingdom.
After graduating from university I filled the position of Vice President of the University of Abertay Dundee Students' Association for the 2010-11 academic year.
Since the end of 2011 I've been enjoying evolving challenges as a system administrator, IT specialist, Unix engineer, team lead, people manager, agile chapter lead, product owner and product manager at a global financial telecommunications company.
I'd spent more than 3 years in Brussels, Belgium starting my IT career as a Unix System Engineer. I've been based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia since 2015, in the roles of Senior Unix System Engineer, Lead IT Specialist, Technical IT Manager, Agile Chapter Lead, Product Owner and Product Manager.
Between 2015 and 2018 I built a Unix systems operations team in Malaysia.
In 2018 I managed a team of IT professionals responsible for expert level support of a global financial organisation's messaging applications & interfaces hosted on various Unix & Windows platforms at financial/corporate customers' premises.
In 2019 I was the Chapter Lead (manager) of Windows/Linux, database and data protection IT engineers based in Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong.
From 2020 to 2022 I was the Product Owner & Product Manager of an API based ecosystem expansion initiative of a global financial compliance service designed to improve the KYC process between banks and corporates.
In 2023 and 2024 I was the Product Manager of business intelligence APIs, with my primary focus on leading the development and implementation of a self-service, automated API delivery platform. Committed to an API-first mindset, I was dedicated to empowering business teams unlock the full potential of their customer offerings through seamless client to service provider API integrations. By collaborating closely with stakeholders and evangelising the value of APIs, I facilitated the delivery of innovative solutions that drove revenue growth, streamlined processes, enabled automation and enhanced the overall customer experience.
Since mid-2024 I've been leading the strategy and roadmap for global order orchestration services, enabling high-volume, end-to-end workflows for 10,000+ financial institutions and corporates.
I'm an ICAgile Certified Professional in Product Management (ICP-PDM) and Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO).
I'm also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) and possess the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
